摘　　要：白细胞介素-21(IL-21)是一种多功能细胞因子,主要由滤泡辅助性T细胞(Tfh)、辅助性T细胞17(Th17)和自然杀伤(NK)细胞产生。在免疫细胞中发挥重要作用,包括促进CD4^(+)T细胞亚群的增殖或凋亡、CD8^(+)T细胞的分化和B细胞的发育,IL-21的作用主要是通过激活JAK-STAT、MAPK以及PI3K通路介导。近年来,大量研究揭示了IL-21在自身免疫性疾病、炎症性疾病和癌症中均发挥重要作用。本文主要综述了IL-21的信号通路和功能的研究现状,以及在肿瘤和高血压等疾病中发病机制的研究进展。Interleukin-21(IL-21)is a multifunctional cytokine,mainly produced by follicular helper T cells(Tfh),helper T cells 17(Th17)and natural killer(NK)cells.It plays an important role in immune cells,including promoting the proliferation or apoptosis of CD4^(+)T cell subsets,the differentiation of CD8^(+)T cells and the development of B cells.These effects of IL-21 are mainly mediated by activation of the JAK-STAT,MAPK and PI3K pathways.In recent years,a large number of studies have revealed that IL-21 plays an important role in autoimmune diseases,inflammatory diseases and cancer.This article mainly reviews the current research status of IL-21 signaling pathways and functions,as well as the research progress of pathogenesis in tumors and hypertension.
