摘　　要：该文介绍了高分辨率数字示波器的研究背景,分析了现代高端数字示波器设计与实现过程中的一些技术难点。针对技术难点,给出关键电路低抖动采样时钟电路的设计思想及具体实现方案,并给出了设计结果,关键指标达到了设计要求。该技术可应用于示波器产业化生产过程中。This paper introduces the research background of high-resolution digital Oscilloscope,and analyzes some technical difficulties in the design and implementation of modern high-end Oscilloscopes.Aiming at the technical difficulties,the design idea and specific implementation scheme of the low-jitter sampling clock circuit of the key circuit and the design results are given,and the key indicators meet the design requirements.This technology can be applied to the industrialized production process of oscilloscope.
