摘　　要：该文介绍了宽带数字示波器的研究背景,分析了现代高端数字示波器数据采集设计与实现过程中的技术难点。针对目前国内技术的不足,该文给出了一种多路ADC交叉采样的数据采集系统的设计思想及实现方案,重点论述了高采样速率指标的实现方法,并给出了设计结果,关键指标达到了设计要求。This paper introduces the research background of fast-band digital Oscilloscope,and analyzes the technical difficulties in the process of data acquisition design and implementation of high-end digital Oscillo scope.Aiming at the shortcoming of the current domestic technology,this paper present the design idea and implementation scheme of a data acquisition system with multi-channel ADC cross-sampling,focuses on the realization method of the high sampling rate index,and gives the design result,the key indicators meet the design requirements.
