一种电子式漏电保护插头使用风险的警情评估探究

摘　　要：电子式漏电保护插头对家庭终端电器起漏电保护作用,但在使用过程中存在不可靠动作的潜在风险,从而发生人员触电伤亡警情,因此有必要对该产品的使用风险进行警情评估。该文对在国内生产和销售的该类产品开展"对于动作功能与电源电压有关的PRCD,验证在电源故障时,出现剩余电流时的正确动作"风险项目检测。对市场上流通的电子式漏电保护插头进行采样,参照国家标准开展测试分析,对该类产品的使用风险等级进行警情评估,并溯源其存在风险的主要原因,为公安技术人员在发生该类警情时正确处置和勘查事故或案件现场,提供一定的参考依据。The electronic leakage protection plug plays the role of leakage protection to the home terminal electric appliance,but there is a potential risk of unreliable action in the use process,which leads to the alarm of electric shock injury and death,therefore,it is necessary to assess the risk of using this product.This paper carries out the test of the risk project of"for PRCD whose action function is related to power supply voltage,verify the correct action in case of power supply failure and residual current"for such products produced and sold in China.Take samples of electronic leakage protection plugs circulating in the market,carry out test and analysis with reference to national standards,evaluate the use risk level of such products,and trace the main reasons for their risks,so as to provide certain reference basis for public security technicians to correctly handle and investigate the accident or case scene in case of such alarm.
