摘 要:复杂军用电子装备涉及机械、电子、电磁场和热力学等多学科,具有设备组成复杂、技术更新换代快、多品种小批量等特点。近年来,我国军用电子装备进入跨越式发展阶段,用户研制需求和订货出现"井喷式"增长,过去以EBOM为核心的MRP运算逻辑和生产计划编排方式,已无法适应"快速、高质量、低成本"交付装备的需要。该文针对复杂军用电子装备功能性能组成与结构设备组成交叉和不统一的特点,运用系统工程"霍尔三维结构"模型,将功能维和结构维映射到层次维,实现FBOM和EBOM的集成与融合。在此基础上,提出3D-BOM范式,构建以3D-BOM为核心的项目型MRP生产管理平台,以某大型复杂地面军用电子装备为实例,基于3D-BOM,运用信息化平台自动生成全过程生产计划,计划覆盖性和一致性显著提高。Complex military electronic equipment presents the characteristics of multi-disciplinary,complex equipment composition,multi-varieties and small batch,etc.With the"blowout"growth of equipment demand in recent years,the traditional method of production planning based on EBOM of MRP operation has been unable to meet the needs of rapid,high-quality and low-cost delivery of equipment.According to the cross characteristics of function and structure in the production process of complex military electronic equipment,this paper uses the concepts and methods of system engineering and project-based production management to integrate FBOM and EBOM,puts forward to the 3D-BOM normal form,and builds the information platform.Taking a complex military electronic equipment on the ground as an example,the platform automatically generates the whole process production plan.The plan coverage and consistency are significantly improved.
