摘  要:针对某深水管道连接器A694 F65钢冲洗压力帽锻件,在满足标准要求的前提下,设计了两种不同化学成分即合金元素存在微量差异的锻材方案,采用相同的锻造和热处理工艺进行加工制造,对两种锻件产品进行力学性能测试和金相检验。结果表明:为保证可焊性,在考虑碳当量的同时,降低碳、锰含量,提高铬、镍和钼等合金元素含量,锻件的显微组织为所需的贝氏体+铁素体,非金属夹杂物含量较低,材料强度满足产品设计要求;锻件低温冲击韧度满足产品设计要求,在-46℃和-18℃温度下的冲击韧度测试结果差异较大,随着测试温度的升高,冲击韧度测试结果的稳定性提升。Aiming at the A694 F65 steel forging of flushing pressure cap for deep water pipeline connector,on the premise of meeting the standard requirements,two kinds of forged material scheme with different chemical compositions,namely alloying elements with slight changes were designed.The same forging and heat treatment process was used for processing and manufacturing,and the mechanical properties test and metallographic inspection of the two forging products were carried out.The results showed that while considering carbon equivalent to enswre weldability,the contents of carbon and manganese were reduced,and the contents of alloy elements such as chromium,nickel and molyblenum were increased,the micro structure of the forgings was the required bainite+ferrites.The nonmetallic inclusion content was low,and the material strength met the design requirements.The low-temperature impact toughness of the forgings met the product design requirements,and the test results of impact toughness at-46℃and-18℃were quite different.With the increase of test temperature,the impact toughness test results stability improved.
