摘  要:某镀锡钢板在罩式退火后,钢板边部产生白色亮带。采用宏观观察、辉光光谱检测、表面粗糙度检测、金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析等方法,分析了镀锡钢板边部产生白色亮带的原因。结果表明:在罩式退火过程中,氢气中微量的氧元素与镀锡钢板中的锰、硅等活性元素发生选择性氧化形成氧化物,富集在钢板表面,最终在钢板边部形成了白色亮带区。After bell annealing of a tin-plated steel plate,a white bright band appearred on the edge of the steel plate.By means of macroscopic observation,glow spectrum detection,surface roughness detection,metallographic inspection,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis,the reasons for the white bright band on the edge of tin-plated steel plate were analyzed.The results showed that in the process of bell annealing,the trace oxygen in hydrogen and active elements such as manganese and silicon in the tin-plated steel plate underwent selective oxidation to form oxides,which were enriched on the surface of steel plate,and finally formed a white bright band on the edge of steel plate.
