摘 要:为了明确山西省马铃薯病毒种类、发生和分布情况,于2019—2020年在山西省晋北、晋中和晋南的8个马铃薯主产地共采集319份疑似病样,采用生物芯片检测技术对样品进行了马铃薯病毒的检测。结果表明,共检测到阳性样本305份,共检测到马铃薯Y病毒(PVY)、马铃薯卷叶病毒(PLRV)、马铃薯M病毒(PVM)、马铃薯S病毒(PVS)、马铃薯X病毒(PVX)5种病毒和马铃薯纺锤块茎类病毒(PSTVd)1种类病毒;8地采集样品的病毒检出率均大于90.00%。侵染类型包括单一病毒侵染和2种或多种病毒复合侵染,病毒单独侵染占阳性样本的比例为40.00%,多种病毒复合侵染占阳性样本的比例高达60.00%,PVY在单病毒侵染中检出率最高,占比为35.74%;PVY+PLRV在2种病毒复合侵染组合中检出率最高,占比为16.61%;PVY+PVM+PLRV在3种病毒复合侵染组合中检出率最高,占比为8.78%;PVY+PVS+PVM+PLRV在4种病毒复合侵染组合中检出率最高,占比为9.40%。表明山西省马铃薯主产区病毒病发生较为普遍,PVY是优势病毒,多种病毒复合侵染是病毒在田间的主要存在形式。The purpose of this study is to clarify the species, occurrence and distribution of potato virus in Shanxi province.From 2019 to 2020, 319 suspected disease samples were collected from 8 main potato producing areas in northern, central and southern of Shanxi province, and the samples were detected for common potato viruses by biochip detection technology. The results showed that a total of 305 positive samples were detected, and five viruses and one viroid were detected, including potato virus Y(PVY), potato leaf roll virus(PLRV), potato virus M(PVM), potato virus S(PVS), potato virus X(PVX), and potato spindle tuber viroid(PSTVd);the virus detection rates of samples collected in 8 places were > 90.00%. The infection types included single virus infection and two or multiple viruses co-infection. The single virus infection accounted for 40.00% of the positive samples, the multiple virus co-infection accounted for 60.00% of the positive samples, and the detection rate of PVY in single virus infection was the highest, 35.74%;the detection rate of PVY + PLRV in the two viruses co-infection combination was the highest, 16.61%;among the three viruses co-infection combination, PVY + PVM + PLRV had the highest detection rate of 8.78%;among the four viruses co-infection combination, PVY + PVS + PVM + PLRV had the highest detection rate of 9.40%. The results indicated that the occurrence of virus disease was common in the main potato producing areas of Shanxi province, PVY was the dominant virus, and the co-infection of multiple viruses was the main form of virus in the fields.
