摘 要:为了探究康氏木霉菌株对小麦和黄瓜种子发芽的影响,以小麦和黄瓜种子为试验材料,通过种子萌发法研究康氏木霉孢子悬浮液和3种发酵液对小麦种子和黄瓜种子的促生效果,为康氏木霉菌株的生防应用奠定理论基础。结果表明,1.0×10^(3)cfu/mL的康氏木霉孢子悬浮液对小麦种子的芽长促生率最高,可达60%,根长促生率最高,可达26.85%;康氏木霉灭菌发酵液对小麦种子的芽长促生作用最强,促生率均在90%以上,其中,1%灭菌发酵液的促生率高达106.67%;50%发酵原液对小麦种子的根长促生率最大,达到44.18%。25%的抽滤发酵液对黄瓜根长的促生效果最强,3 d后促生率达到71.59%;100%和75%的灭菌发酵液对黄瓜种子发芽率的促生率仅为8.99%。综合分析得出,康氏木霉菌株对小麦种子生长的促生效果优于黄瓜种子,对小麦芽长的促生效果优于根长。In order to explore effects of Trichoderma koningii strain on seed germination of wheat and cucumber, in this study, wheat and cucumber seeds were used as experimental materials and the growth-promoting effects of T. koningii spore suspension and three fermentation broths on wheat and cucumber seeds were studied by seed germination method, to provide a theoretical basis for the biocontrol and application of T. koningii strain. The results showed that the 1.0×10^(3) cfu/mL of spore suspension of T. koningii had the highest bud growth-promoting rate of 60% and the root growth-promoting rate of 26.85% on wheat seeds;The growth-promoting effect of sterilized fermentation broth of T. koningii on wheat bud length showed the strongest, all the growth-promoting rates were more than 90%, and the growth-promoting rate of 1% of sterilized fermentation broth reached 106.67%. The growth-promoting rate of 50% of fermentation broth on wheat root length reached the maximum of 44.18%. 25% of filtrated fermentation broth had the strongest effect on cucumber root length, and the growth-promoting rate reached 71.59% after 3 d. The growth-promoting effect of 100% and 75% of sterilized fermentation broth on germination rate of cucumber seeds was only 8.99%. By comprehensive analysis, the results suggested that the growth-promoting effects of T.koningii strain on the wheat seeds growth were better than those on the cucumber seeds growth, and the growth-promoting effects on the bud length were better than those on the root length.
