橡胶树魏克汉种质资源茎围与胶乳产量的相关性分析

摘　　要：以“农业部景洪橡胶树种质资源圃”保存的橡胶树魏克汉种质资源为研究对象,根据茎围数据将群体分为15个级,再统计其胶乳产量并进行相关性分析。结果表明:2018年割胶30刀,测定胶乳产量6刀次,每刀次胶乳产量与茎围的相关系数为0.784-0.985(P<0.01),年均胶乳产量与茎围的相关系数为0.945(P<0.01);后续于2019和2020年的7月、9月和11月测定胶乳产量,每刀次胶乳产量、年均刀次胶乳产量与茎围同样表现为极显著正相关(P<0.01),进一步验证了胶乳产量与茎围呈极显著正相关的规律。The rubber tree(Hevea brasiliensis)Weikhan germplasm resources preserved in the Rubber Tree Germplasm Resource Nursery of the Ministry of Agriculture in Jinghong were used for the study.The population was divided into 15 classes according to the stem girth data,and the latex yield and correlation analysis was conducted.The results showed that 30 tapping were made in 2018 and the latex yield was measured 6 times,the correlation coefficient between latex yield per cut and stem girth was 0.784-0.985(P<0.01)and the correlation coefficient between the average annual latex yield and stem girths was 0.945(P<0.01).The subsequent measurements of latex yield in July,September,and November in 2019 and 2020 also showed a highly significant positive correlation(P<0.01)between latex yield per tapping,average annual latex yield per tapping and stem girth,further confirming the pattern of highly significant positive correlation between latex yield and stem girth.
