浸种时间对不同贮藏年份叶底珠种子发芽的影响

摘　　要：以3个年份叶底珠种子为试验材料,研究不同浸种时间对不同年份叶底珠种子发芽的影响。结果表明:同一年份叶底珠种子的发芽时间总体随着浸种时间增加而减小,不同年份叶底珠种子的发芽时间随着贮藏时间增加而增加;同一年份叶底珠种子的发芽率与浸种时间相关性不大,不同年份叶底珠种子的发芽率随着贮藏时间的增加极显著降低;同一年份叶底珠种子的发芽指数总体随着浸种时间的增加而增加,不同年份叶底珠种子的发芽指数随着贮藏时间的增加而减少。叶底珠种子的活力随贮藏年份的增加而降低。The effects of different soaking time and storage years on the seed germination of Securinega suffruticosa were studied.The results showed that germination time decreased with the prolonging of seed soaking time of the same storage year,while germination time increased with the prolonging of storage time of seeds in different storage years.There is little correlation between germination rate and seed soaking time in seeds of the same year.Germination rate significantly decreased as storage time increased in seeds of the different years.The germination index increased with the prolonging of seed soaking time in seeds of the same year.While germination index decreased with the prolonging of storage time in seeds of the different years.The seed vigor of S.suffruticosa decreased as storage time increased.
