原油中氯对储罐的影响及防腐对策

摘　　要：介绍了贮运厂原油中氯化物的基本性质,分析了原油罐G901b腐蚀泄漏问题及原因,并提出工艺和设备上的对策,包括设定原油罐底水的控制指标、在浮盘上方位置安装低低液位开关、储罐顶水置换、罐底板介质侧采用涂层与牺牲阳极联合防护法等。The basic properties of chloride in crude oil of storage and transportation plant were introduced,the problems and causes of corrosion leakage of crude oil tank G901b were analyzed,and the countermeasures on technology and equipment were put forward,including setting the control index of the bottom water of the crude oil tank,installing a low liquid level switch above the floating plate,replacing the top water of the storage tank,adopting the combined protection method of coating and sacrificial anode on the medium side of the tank bottom plate,etc.
