摘  要:湿法烟气脱硫脱硝工艺在应用过程中会产生大量外排废水,废水pH值的波动对后续污水处理有较大不利影响。通过对湿法烟气脱硫脱硝外排废水pH值异常波动的原因、不良影响进行系统分析,认为含盐污水中酸碱离子与金属离子、氧气等发生反应是造成pH值异常的主要原因。针对异常原因提出了相应的防范措施,确定了在现有条件下的定期强制维护方案。考虑到湿法烟气治理技术设备易结垢的特点,提出在设计阶段或装置停工检修期间进行技术改造,从根本上解决结垢带来的废水pH值波动问题。The wet flue gas desulfurization and denitrification process will produce a large amount of wastewater in the application process.and the pH fluctuation has a great adverse effect on subsequent sewage treatment.Through the systematic analysis of the causes and consequences of the abnormal pH of the effluent from wet flue gas desulfurization and denitrification,it was considered that the main reason for the abnormal pH was the reaction of acid and alkali ions with metal ions and oxygen in saline wastewater.Corresponding prevention measures were proposed to abnormal causes,and the schemes for regular mandatory maintenance under the existing conditions was determined.Considering the characteristics of easy scaling of the technical equipment of wet flue gas treatment,it was proposed to carry out technical transformation during the design stage or during the device shutdown and maintenance period,fundamentally solving the problem of fluctuations in the pH value of wastewater caused by scaling.
