摘　　要：目的探讨分析油田油气集输作业中化学有害因素危害程度。方法选取某大型油田下属油气集输企业作为研究对象;通过现场调查法及检验检测法,确定油气集输工序存在的主要化学有害因素、分布情况和检测结果,并根据国家标准规定确定各接害岗位职业性接触等级,据此探讨化学有害因素的职业病危害程度。结果化验工岗位接触的苯、甲苯、二甲苯检测结果超标较为严重,职业性接触等级均为Ⅳ级。输油工岗位接触的甲醇,职业性接触危害等级为Ⅱ级。结论油田油气集输作业中化学有害因素危害不容忽视,尤其是化验工应作为重点防护岗位,必须进一步制定针对该作业的工程防护及个体防护措施,以切实保护工人的职业健康。Objective In order to explore the harmful degree of chemical harmful factors in oil and gas gathering and transportation operation in oil fields.Methods The oil and gas gathering and transportation enterprise subordinated to a large oil field was selected as the research object.The main chemical harmful factors in oil and gas gathering and transportation process,their distribution and detection results were determined by field investigation and inspection method,and the occupational exposure levels of each harmful position were determined according to the national standards,on the basis of which the occupational hazard degree of chemical harmful factors was discussed.Resluts The detection results of benzene,toluene and xylene exposed to by laboratory workers were more serious,and the occupational exposure grade wasⅣ.The occupational hazard level of methanol for oil transport workers was gradeⅡ.Conclusion The harm of chemical harmful factors in oil and gas gathering and transportation operation in oil fields cannot be ignored,especially the laboratory workers should be regarded as the key protection position.It is necessary to further strengthen the engineering protection and individual protection measures in this operation to effectively protect the occupational health of workers.
