BSX型第三级旋风分离器在催化裂化装置改造中的应用

摘　　要：文章介绍了催化裂化装置第三级旋风分离器(简称三旋)应用情况,阐述了多管立式三旋和多管卧式三旋的主要结构及存在的问题,提出了BSX型三旋的主要结构和优势。BSX型三旋在某炼油厂蜡油催化裂化装置成功应用,工业运行结果显示,三旋出口烟气中催化剂浓度(标准状态,下同)为90 mg/m^(3),粒径>10μm催化剂浓度为1.52%(w),三旋整体分离效率72%,说明其分离性能优异,烟气轮机进口烟气催化剂浓度和粒度远低于烟气轮机控制指标。BSX型三旋的应用可为烟气轮机长周期安全平稳运行提供较好的保障。The application status of the third stage cyclone separator in FCC unit is introduced,and the main structures and existing problems of vertical multi-tube type third stage cyclone separator and horizontal multi-tube type third stage cyclone separator are expounded.And the main structures and advantages of BSX type third stage cyclone separator are presented.The BSX type third stage cyclone separator has been successfully applied in the FCC unit in one refinery.The industrial operation results showed that after using the BSX type third stage cyclone separator,the catalyst concentration in the outlet flue gas of the third stage cyclone separator was 90 mg/m 3(standard state,the same below)and the large particle size(>10μm)catalyst concentration was 1.52%(w).The overall separation efficiency of the BSX type third stage cyclone separator was 72%,and this indicated that the separation performance was excellent.The catalyst concentration and particle size in flue gas at the inlet of flue gas expander were far lower than the control index.The application of the BSX type third stage cyclone separator can provide good guarantee for the long-term safe and stable operation of flue gas expander.
