摘 要:以TSY500-400-895型离心泵为研究对象,采用ANSYS CFX软件进行离心泵内部流动的数值计算与汽蚀模拟,预测了设计工况(Q=2700 m^(3)/h)下离心泵的临界汽蚀余量(NPSH_(r))。在此基础上对离心泵叶轮的结构参数进行了优化设计,优化后泵的临界汽蚀余量降低了1~1.5 m,汽蚀性能得到了有效改善。在试验台上对优化前后的离心泵进行汽蚀性能试验,并与数值模拟的预测结果进行比对,结果显示,NPSH_(r)预测值与试验值基本吻合,表明利用流体动力学(CFD)软件进行汽蚀分析,可以有效地指导工程实践。Taking the TSY500-400-895 centrifugal pump as the research object,this paper carried out the numerical calculation and cavitation simulation of the internal flow of the centrifugal pump by using ANSYS CFX software and predicted the net positive suction head critical(NPSHr)of the centrifugal pump under the design condition of Q=2700 m 3/h.On this basis,the structural parameters of the centrifugal pump impeller were optimized.After optimization,the NPSHr of the pump was reduced by 1~1.5m,and the cavitation performance of the centrifugal pump was improved effectively.The cavitation performance test of the centrifugal pump before and after optimization was carried out on the test bench,and compared with the predicted results of the numerical simulation.The results show that the predicted value of the NPSHr was basically consistent with the test value,which indicated that the use of CFD software for cavitation analysis could guide engineering practice efficiently.
