摘 要:3J33A属于Fe-Ni-Co-Mo系超高强度马氏体时效钢,本文采用真空感应熔炼+真空电弧重熔双联冶炼工艺制备合金,采用热轧加工出φ25mm棒材,研究了热处理对3J33A合金棒材组织结构和力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,3J33A合金棒材室温组织为板条马氏体,加热至600℃以上发生逆转奥氏体转变,再结晶起始温度为750℃最佳的固溶处理温度范围820℃-850℃,最佳的时效处理温度范围465℃-500℃,480℃时效处理的最佳保温时间为4h-5h。3J33A belongs to Fe-Ni-Co-Mo ultra-high strength maraging steel.In this paper,the alloy was prepared by vacuum induction melting and vacuum arc remelting duplex melting process,and thenφ25mm bar was processed by hot rolling.The effect of heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 3J33A alloy bar was studied.The results show that the microstructure of 3J33 A alloy bar is lath martensite at room temperature,and the reversed austenite transformation occurs when heated to above 600℃.The initial recrystallization temperature is 750℃,the optimum solution treatment temperature range is 820 TJ-850 Ti,the optimum aging treatment temperature range is 465℃-500℃,and the optimum holding time of aging treatment at 480 Ti is 4h~5h.
