摘　　要：针对工业高质量发展相关研究在动力机制、评判标准和研究视角上的不足,为促进我国工业高质量发展,在界定其内涵的基础上,阐释包括内在动力(创新动力和改革动力)和外在动力(开放动力和需求动力)的工业高质量发展动力机制,构建评价指标体系,运用熵值法对2008—2019年我国30个省份及三大区域的工业高质量发展水平进行综合评价。结果表明:第一,从时序演变来看,30个省份工业高质量发展水平整体呈现不断上升的趋势,但总体依然处于中低水平;第二,从空间格局来看,区域发展不平衡,呈现出东部、中部、西部水平依次减弱的特征;第三,从分维度指数来看,开放发展指数得分最高,创新发展指数得分最低。为此,提出我国应以创新驱动力为核心,提升改革动力、开放动力和需求动力,朝着智能化和绿色化的生产方式发展,产品模式向高端化和服务化转型升级,不断加强工业品牌建设,促进工业高质量发展。Aiming at the shortcomings of research on the dynamic mechanism,evaluation criteria and research perspective of industrial high-quality development,in order to promote industrial high-quality development in China,on the basis of defining its connotation,this paper expounds the driving force mechanism of industrial high-quality development,including the internal motive force(innovation motive force and reform motive force)and the external motive force(opening motive force and demand motive force),establishes an evaluation index system and uses entropy method to comprehensively evaluate the industrial high-quality development level of 30 provinces and three regions in China from 2008 to 2019.The results show that:First,from the perspective of time series evolution,the overall highquality development level of 30 provinces has shown a rising trend,but the overall level is still at a medium-low level.Second,from the perspective of the spatial pattern,regional development is unbalanced,showing the eastern,central and western levels weaken successively.Third,in terms of the sub-dimensional exponents,the open development index has the highest score and the innovation development index has the lowest score.Therefore,the paper suggests that China should focus on the driving force of innovation,improve the driving force of reform,opening-up and demand,develop towards intelligent and green production methods,transform and upgrade product models to highend and service-oriented,continuously strengthen industrial brand building,and promote industrial high-quality development.
