摘　　要：为科学准确把握“十三五”时期粤港澳大湾区产业发展状况,从结合产业政策评估和产业协同度评估的角度,采用文本分析、灰色关联分析等方法进行评估。研究发现:(1)粤港澳大湾区内地九市产业规划总体合理,但在主导产业选择、产业目标制定、整体规划布局等方面仍有加强完善的空间,2019年各市产业发展与规划目标相比,主导产业目标完成情况不够理想,多数城市和产业未达到既定目标;(2)粤港澳大湾区城市产业布局和发展较为粗放,产业结构相似程度较高、同质化明显。基于此,从加快传统制造业转型升级、推进产业协同创新和提高培养与吸引人才能力等方面提出相关政策建议。In order to scientifically and accurately grasp the industrial development status of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area during the 13th Five-Year Plan period,this paper uses text analysis,grey correlation analysis and othermethods to evaluate from the perspective of industrial policy evaluation and industrial Synergy evaluation.The results show that:firstly,the industrial planning of nine mainland cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is generally reasonable,but there is room for further improvement in the selection of leading industries,formulation of industrial objectives and overall planning layout,compared with the planning objectives,the industrial development of each city in 2019 is not satisfactory,and most cities and industries have not reached the set objectives.Secondly,the industrial layout and development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay area are relatively extensive,with a high degree of similarity and obvious homogeneity of industrial structure.Based on the research results,the paper puts forward relevant policy recommendations from the aspects of accelerating the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry,promoting industrial collaborative innovation and improving the ability to cultivate and attract talents.
