摘  要:对连铸坯全自动低倍检验的各个工序进行了研究,制定了全自动低倍检验工艺流程,对涉及到酸蚀方法、扫描成像、环保装置等方面的全自动低倍检验工艺进行了设计,并对低倍实验室设计和建设提出了建议,以供钢铁企业质量管理人员和从事钢铁冶金实验室建设的工程人员参考。The various processes of automatic low-magnification inspection of continuous casting billet were studied,and the automatic low-magnification inspection process was formulated.The automatic low-magnification inspection process involving acid etching method,scanning imaging and environmental protection device was designed.Suggestions for the design and construction of low-magnification laboratory were put forward,which could provide reference for quality management personnel of steel enterprises and engineering personnel engaged in the construction of iron and steel metallurgical laboratory.
