摘　　要：天津市某区工况用电在线监测系统在2019年施工部署完毕之后,通过该系统,把基层监管人员从“人海战术”式的监管执法中解放出来,提升了环保治理水平。此系统在天津、江苏、河北、山西、山东等地得到大力推广和实践。文章介绍天津市某区工况用电在线监测系统运行以来的应用成果,为打赢蓝天保卫战贡献力量。After the completion of construction and deployment in 2019,the online monitoring system for power consumption in a district of Tianjin liberated grass-roots regulators from the"human-sea tactics"type of supervision and law enforcement,and improved the level of environmental protection governance.This system has been vigorously promoted and practiced in Tianjin,Jiangsu,Hebei,Shanxi,Shandong and other places.This paper introduces the application results of the on-line monitoring system for working conditions in a district of Tianjin since its operation,thus contributing to winning the blue sky defense war.
