摘　　要：狼蛛科(Lycosidae)蜘蛛是一类游猎型蜘蛛,广泛分布于世界各地,是重要的捕食天敌之一,狼蛛科蜘蛛在生态系统的良性循环中发挥着重要的作用;国内外对狼蛛科蜘蛛的研究已取得了较多的成果,其资源的保护利用研究也受广泛关注。为同类及相关研究提供参考,从狼蛛科蜘蛛的分类学、生物学及资源的保护与开发利用等方面进行概述,并从加强狼蛛科蜘蛛毒素资源、同类相食在营养生态中的作用及作为害虫天敌在生物控制上的潜在用途等方面展望其未来的研究方向。The wolf spider(Araneae:Lycosidae)is a kind of wandering spider that is widely distributed all over the world.As one of the important natural predators,the wolf spider plays an important role in a virtuous circle of ecosystem.The research on the wolf spider has achieved more achievement at home and aboard,and the research on the protection and application of the resource has widely been concerned.In order to provide a reference for the similar and related research,the aspects of taxonomy,biology and resource protection,development and utilization of wolf spider are reviewed,and the future research directions of wolf spider are prospected from toxin resource,the role of cannibalism in nutrition ecology and the potential usage in biological control as natural enemies of pests.
