摘  要:【目的】研究长春鳊早期发育特征,为长春鳊的人工繁殖和苗种培育提供参考。【方法】以人工繁殖的第三代长江下游水域长春鳊为亲本,干法受精获得受精卵,观察并分析长春鳊的受精卵(胚盘形成期)、卵裂期、囊胚期、原肠胚期、神经胚期、器官分化期、卵黄囊仔鱼及晚期仔鱼等8个生理阶段的形态特征和发育时间。【结果】长春鳊的卵无黏性,在水温(26±0.5)℃环境下,胚胎发育历时35 h 10 min,胚后发育至晚期仔鱼历时约25 d。胚胎发育时序中,肌肉效应期出现在眼晶体形成之后。【结论】长春鳊早期发育特征与其他常养草食性鱼类相似,在发育时序上存在一定差异。【Objective】The early development characteristics of Parabramis pekinensis is studied to provide a reference for artificial reproduction and seed farming of P.pekinensis.【Method】The morphological characteristics and development duration of fertilized eggs from third generation of artificially propagated P.pekinensis in the lower reaches of Yangtze River are surveyed and analyzed at 8 physiological stages of blastoderm formation,cleavage,blastula,gastrula,nerve embryonic,organ differentiation,yolk sac larva and late larva.【Result】The embryonic development duration of P.pekinensis fertilized eggs without viscosity is 35 h and 10 min at(26±0.5)℃water temperature.The duration from postembryonic development to late larva is about 25 d.The muscle response stage occurs after eye crystal formation in the time sequence of embryo development.【Conclusion】The early development characteristics of P.pekinensis is very similar to other herbivorous fishes but there is a certain difference in the development sequence.
