摘　　要：随着社会科学技术水平的进步,面向社会所需的技术型人才数量不断增长,人们对知识的欲望愈发强烈,越来越多的民办教育机构也应运而生。民办高校自开展教育以来,遇到了各种各样的问题,在民办高校之中借助学校党组织来统筹开展统战工作成为一项重大科学任务。通过对民办高校的现状分析,明确党组织进行统战工难度,进一步提出开展民办高校统战工作的途径。With the development of social science and technology,the number of technical talents required by the society is increasing.As people's desire for knowledge grows stronger,more and more private education institutions have emerged.Private colleges and universities have encountered various problems since the development of education.It has become an important scientific task to carry out the united front work with the help of the school Party organization.Through the analysis of the present situation of private colleges and universities,the difficulty of the united front work of the Party organization is clarified,and the way of developing the united front work of private colleges and universities is further put forward.
