摘　　要：K集团作为百年老国有企业,在大踏步迈上高质量发展之路的同时,有效化解遗留问题,减轻历史包袱也是企业发展不可回避的话题。本文主要从政策性破产社区全面剥离办社会职能以后的现行管理体制出发,就如何进一步实现减亏增盈进行了思考。As a century-old state-owned enterprise,while making great strides on the road of high-quality development,it is also an unavoidable topic for K Group to effectively resolve the legacy problems and reduce the historical burden.Starting from the current management system of policybased bankrupt community after it fully stripped of its social functions,this paper discusses how to further reduce losses and increase profits.
