摘  要:为进一步防控奶牛乳房炎,本研究根据奶牛生产性能测定(缩写DHI)的数据分析,开展奶牛乳房炎的研究应用。按照常规挤奶流程,使用计量器抽取相应的乳汁样品,充分搅拌混匀,早、中、晚按照4:3:3的比例共提取40 mL,添加DHI专用的防腐剂,均匀冷藏保管。3 d内在DHI中心测量。测量出DHI相关数据后运用统计软件SPSS 23.0进行数据的整理与分析。结果显示奶牛场的平均胎次是2.8胎(低于一般奶牛场的3~3.5胎);乳脂率超过标准,但乳蛋比正常;体细胞评分在6~9的奶牛感染乳房炎。乳脂率超标是日粮不平衡造成的,因此可以通过体细胞数和体细胞评分来判断奶牛是否患有乳房炎。In order to further prevent and control dairy cow mastitis,a research and application of dairy cow mastitis was carried out based on the data analysis of dairy cow production performance measurement(DHI).Method:According to the routine milking process,the corresponding milk samples were collected by the meter.Fully stir and mix well before sample preparation,extract 40 mL in the morning,noon and evening according to the ratio of 4:3:3,respectively,add DHI special preservative,and store it evenly in cold storage,and measured it in DHI center within 3 days.After measuring DHI-related data,the statistical software SPSS 23.0 was used to organize and analyze the data.Results:The average parity of dairy farms was 2.8 parities(lower than 3~3.5 parities of general dairy farms);the milk fat ratio was higher than the standard,but the milk-to-egg ratio was normal;the cows with a somatic cell score of 6~9 were infected with mastitis.Conclusion:Excessive milk fat rate is caused by dietary imbalance;whether dairy cows suffer from mastitis can be judged by somatic cell count and somatic cell score.
