摘　　要：为探讨不同贮藏年限对羊茅属两种牧草种子萌发活力及幼苗生长的影响,选择室温贮藏0~6年的紫羊茅和苇状羊茅种子,通过测定千粒重、水分含量、发芽率、发芽势、种子生活力、幼苗长、胚根长等指标,揭示贮藏年限对种子劣变的影响规律。结果表明:紫羊茅和苇状羊茅种子在3年的贮藏期内种子能保持较高的发芽率、发芽势和种子生活力,4~6年的贮藏期内生活力、发芽率和发芽势均有明显的降低趋势。6年的贮藏期内,种子水分含量变化不大,均在8.5左右,千粒重、苗长和胚根长随年限的延长呈减低趋势。综合试验结果,贮藏年限的延长减缓紫羊茅和苇状羊茅种子的发芽进程,降低幼苗质量。贮藏3年内紫羊茅和苇状羊茅种子的种用价值较高,贮藏4~6年种用价值降低。In order to investigate the effects of different storage years on seed germination activity and seedling growth of two forage grass species of Festuca L,the seeds of Festuca rubra L and Festuca arundinacea Schreb stored at room temperature for 0~6 years were analyzed.The effect of storage years on seed deterioration were revealed by measuring 1000-seed weight,water content,germination rate,germination potential,seed viability,seedling length,radicle length and other indexes.The results indicated that the seeds could maintain high germination rate,germination potential and seed viability during the storage period of 3 years,and the viability,germination rate and germination potential decreased significantly during the storage period of 4~6 years.During the storage period of 6 years,the water content of seeds did not change much,all about 8.5.The 1000-seed weight,seedling length and radicle length decreased with the extension of storage years.The comprehensive test results showed that the extension of storage years slowed down the germination process of Festuca rubra L and Festuca arundinacea Schreb seeds and reduced the quality of seedlings.The seed value of Festuca rubra L and Festuca arundinacea Schreb was higher within 3 years of storage,and decreased after 4~6 years.
