摘  要:分别以3-(三氟甲基)苯胺和2-氨基-6-氟苯并噻唑为重氮组分,N,N-二羟乙基苯胺和N-(2-氰乙基)-N-羟乙基苯胺为偶合组分,设计合成了4只含氟偶氮分散染料。采用1HNMR、13CNMR和LC-MS对合成的4只含氟偶氮分散染料进行结构表征,探究它们的应用性能。结果表明,4只含氟偶氮分散染料摩尔消光系数ε均高于2.3×10^(4)L/(mol·cm),在2g/LNaOH条件下染色上染率达90%以上,染色织物的K/S值高于19,耐摩擦、耐水洗、耐升华色牢度均在4~5级以上,优于常规弱酸性条件下染色的涤纶织物。Four azo disperse dyes containing fluorine are designed and synthesized with 3-(trifluoromethyl)ani⁃line and 2-amino-6-fluorobenzothiazole as diazo components and N,N-dihydroxyethyl aniline and N-(2-cyano⁃ethyl)-N-hydroxyethyl aniline as coupling components,respectively.The structures of four fluoroazo disperse dyes are characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR and LC-MS,and their application properties are explored.The re⁃sults show that the molar extinction coefficientεof the four azo disperse dyes is higher than 2.3×10^(4) L/(mol·cm),and the dye-uptake is over 90%when dyed under the condition of 2 g/L NaOH.The K/S value is higher than 19,and the color fastnesses to rubbing,washing and sublimation are above Grade 4-5,which is better than that of polyester fabrics dyed under conventional weak acid conditions.
