从2020-2021年欧盟通报召回情况分析我国防疫物资出口

摘　　要：自2020年年初“新冠肺炎(COVID-19)”疫情爆发以来,口罩、防护服等消费类防疫物资需求量激增。产品的质量安全直接关系防护效果,受到了各国的广泛关注。中国作为生产制造大国,为全球提供了大量防疫物资,产品质量也倍受关注,被欧盟通报数量也位居前列。根据2020年至2021年欧盟委员会对口罩、防护服等消费类防疫物资的通报情况,从通报数量、通报国、原产地、通报产品风险、通报采取的措施、通报原因等几个方面,对我国出口欧盟的防疫物资质量安全情况进行分析,为消费类防疫物资的出口提出了建议。Since the outbreak of"COVID-19"epidemic in early 2020,the demand for epidemic prevention materi⁃als such as masks and protective clothing has surged.The quality and safety of products are directly related to the protective effect,which has received wide attention from various countries.As a global manufacturing country,China supplies a large amount of epidemic prevention materials to the world,and the quality of its products is of great of concern,and the number of notifications by the EU is also in the forefront.According to the notification of consumer epidemic prevention materials such as masks and protective clothing by the Euro⁃pean Commission from 2020 to 2021,the quality and safety of China′s epidemic prevention materials exported to the EU are analyzed from the aspects of notification quantity,notification country,origin,notification product risk,notification measures,notification reasons,etc.,and suggestions are put forward for the export of consum⁃er epidemic prevention materials.
