二维码在涉密企业设备数据采集现场应用

摘　　要：随着工业互联网在军工等涉密企业工业现场的广泛应用,军工企业需要通过网络和现场设备进行实时通讯数据的交互。但军工企业涉密网和非密网要求必须物理隔离,这样导致军工企业使用的一些生产制造类协同软件和生产现场处在一个失去联系的状态,不利于企业数字化改造升级,此时就需要一种既能满足涉密网的物理隔离要求又能解决实时通讯的方法。本文就上述问题提出一种通过二维条码技术,在涉密网和非密网在完全物理隔离条件下,实现涉密企业机器设备数据实时采集展示。With the extensive application of industrial Internet in the industrial field of military industry and other secret-related enterprises,military enterprises need to exchange real-time communication data through the network and field equipment.But military enterprise classified net and the net requirements must be physical isolation,this lead to military enterprise to use some kind of collaborative software manufacturing and production site in a state of lost contact,is not conducive to enterprise digital upgrade,when you need an both can satisfy the requirement of the classified network physical isolation and can solve the method of real-time communication.In order to solve the above problems,this paper proposes a kind of 2d barcode technology to realize the real-time collection and display of machine and equipment data of secret-related enterprises under the condition of complete physical isolation between the secret-related network and the non-secret-related network.
