工作投入、组织支持与基层医务人员突发公共卫生事件应急能力的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:本研究旨在调查基层医务人员的突发公共卫生事件应急能力现状及其影响因素,为提升我国基层医务人员的突发公共卫生事件综合应急能力提供参考。方法:通过随机抽样抽取武汉市某中心城区615名基层医务人员进行问卷调查,采用分层多元线性回归分析基层医务人员应急能力及工作投入和组织支持等影响应急能力的因素。结果:工作投入的三个维度、组织支持的两个维度均与基层医务人员的应急能力显著相关。是否参加过有关突发公共卫生事件应急管理的教育培训和演习活动、工作投入中的奉献、进取、组织支持中的组织支持获得等均是基层医务人员突发公共卫生事件应急能力的主要影响因素。结论:前期经验、工作投入、组织支持均是影响基层医务人员应急能力主要因素。相关部门应采取主动的应对措施,增强对基层医务人员的组织支持感,完善各方面的福利制度,提供良好的组织环境,提升基层医务人员的工作投入,加强基层医务人员处理突发公共卫生事件的应急能力。Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of the public health emergency response capabilities of primary medical staffs,and provide a reference for improving their comprehensive emergency response capabilities.Methods 615 primary medical staffs in a central urban area of Wuhan were randomly selected for questionnaire surveys.Data was analyzed with hierarchical multiple linear regression.Results The three dimensions of work engagement and two dimensions of organizational support are significantly related to the emergency response capabilities of primary medical staffs.Whether having participated in education,training and exercises related to emergency management of public health emergencies,dedication in work engagement,progress,and organizational support acquisition are the main factors to influence the ability of primary medical staffs to respond to public health emergencies.Conclusion Early-stage experience,work engagement,and organizational support are the main factors to influence the improvement of primary medical staffs’emergency response capabilities.Relevant departments should take proactive measures to enhance the sense of organizational support for primary medical staffs,perfect the welfare system in all aspects,provide a good organizational environment,increase the work engagement of primary medical staffs,and strengthen the emergency response capabilities of primary medical staffs in handling public health emergencies.
