摘　　要：新中国成立后,毛泽东领导建立现代国防,捍卫国家主权和领土完整的军事实践中,提出了一系列重大决策和重要论述。《建国以来毛泽东军事文稿》集纳了新中国成立后毛泽东的主要军事文献。以文稿为主要文献依据,紧密结合新的形势和任务,深入学习毛泽东军事思想,完整准确地掌握毛泽东领导新中国军事实践的思想内涵和理论贡献,对于推动中国特色军事变革、应对世界新军事革命挑战和推动军事理论创新发展具有深刻的意义。After the founding of new China, Mao Zedong put forward a series of major decisions and important expositions in the military practice of establishing modern national defense and safeguarding national sovereignty and territorial integrity under the leadership of Mao Zedong. Mao Zedong’s Military Manuscripts Since the Founding of the People’s Republic of China contains Mao Zedong’s main military documents after the founding of new China. Taking the manuscript as the main document basis, closely combined with the new situation and tasks, in-depth study of Mao Zedong’s military thought and a complete and accurate grasp of the ideological connotation and theoretical contribution of Mao Zedong’s leadership of new China’s military practice are of profound significance for promoting military reform with Chinese characteristics, coping with the challenges of the world’s new military revolution and promoting the innovation and development of military theory.
