延安时期党凝聚党心民心路径与经验的启示

摘　　要：延安时期,党在面对错综复杂的国内外环境的条件之下,始终把凝聚党心民心的工作放在党的建设的重要位置上来对待。当时,通过采取一系列正确的政策策略,取得了十分明显的效果,不仅为延安时期党能够赢得新民主主义革命的胜利奠定了相当深厚的人民群众基础,而且也为今天党如何正确地做好凝聚党心民心工作提供了诸多有益的启迪与借鉴。During the Yan’an period from Oct.1935 to Mar.1948, under the conditions of the complicated domestic and foreign environment, the Communist Party of China(CPC) always put the work of uniting the hearts and minds of the party and the people in the important position of party building. At that time, by adopting a series of correct policies and strategies, the CPC achieved obvious results, which not only laid a solid foundation of the masses for the party to win the victory of the new-democratic revolution during the Yan’an period but also provided many useful inspirations and references for the CPC to correctly conduct the work of uniting the hearts and minds of the party and the people nowadays.
