摘  要:为了明确大跨度提篮式钢拱肋与分离式钢箱系梁形成的钢拱桥整体顶推过程中的结构局部受力性能,以主跨213 m钢拱桥为例,采用大型通用有限元软件对钢系梁节段进行了三维数值模拟,计算分析钢拱桥整体顶推施工过程中钢系梁的局部受力情况和板件的局部稳定性能.计算结果表明:在整体顶推施工过程中结构受力性能良好,钢系梁腹板和横隔板的最大Mises应力分别为252 MPa和243 MPa,结构的局部稳定系数在6.14以上.In order to clarify the local mechanical properties of the structure in the overall incremental launching process of the steel arch bridge formed by the long-span basket-shaped steel arch rib and the separated steel box tie beam,taking the steel arch bridge with the main span of 213 m as an example,the three-dimensional numerical simulation of the steel tie beam segment is carried out by the large general finite element software to calculate and analyze the local stress condition of steel tie beam and the local stability properties of plates in the overall incremental launching construction of steel arch bridge are calculated and analyzed.The calculation results show that the mechanical properties of the structure are good in the overall incremental launching construction.The maximum Mises stress of webs and diaphragms of steel tie beam are 252 MPa and 243 MPa respectively,and the local stability coefficient of the structure is above 6.14.
