摘 要:桥梁防撞护栏是交通事故中保证桥上与桥外人员安全的生命防线,设计中需同时保证护栏本身和支撑护栏的基础桥面板的安全性,以及两者的可靠连接,但相关内容在一般设计中常不被充分考虑.以往该类防撞设计多采用基于弹性理论的悬臂算法,新设计规范实施后,基于塑性屈服线理论的设计方法被采用,但当前研究与设计的关注点偏重于防撞护栏本身,对该方法成立的前置条件,尤其是如何实现基础桥面板与护栏相匹配的防撞性能关注有限.以城市桥梁所常采用的混凝土防撞护栏与基础桥面板为背景,从两者性能相匹配的角度,通过防撞计算与分析,揭示新规范屈服线理论设计方法在应用中的技术要点,探讨新规范实施后防撞设计方法的选用原则,为同类工程提供参考.The bridge anti-collision guardrail is a life line to ensure the safety of people on and outside the bridge in traffic accidents.The safety of the guardrail itself and the foundation bridge deck supporting the guardrail is also ensured in the design as well as the both reliable connections.But the related contents are not commonly fully considered in the general design.In the past,the cantilever algorithm based on the elastic theory was mostly used in this kind of anti-collision design.The design method based on plastic yield line theory is adopted after the implementation of the new design code.Then the focus of the current research and design is mostly limited to the anti-collision guardrail itself.The limited attention has been paid to the preconditions of this method,especially how to realize the matching anti-collision performance of the bridge guardrail and foundation bridge deck.Based on the concrete anti-collision guardrail and foundation bridge deck commonly used for urban bridges,from the perspective of the both performance matching,through the anti-collision calculation and analysis,the technical essentials of the yield line theory design method in the new code is revealed in its application.The selection principle of the anti-collision design method is discussed after the implementation of the new code.The reference is provided for the similar projects.
