摘 要:随着上海的城市建设逐步转向地下空间的开发和利用,基坑工程逐步呈现"深、大、近、紧、难、险"的特点,基坑降水工程的排水问题越来越显著,不但影响地下水资源环境和地表水环境质量,同时易对污水处理厂造成冲击负荷.研究了上海基坑降水工程概况,分析了基坑降水工程排水存在的问题,建议建立基坑降水工程取水排水许可制度、加强基坑降水工程工地排水监管、征收基坑降水工程水资源费和污水处理费以及加强信息化建设和资源共享,以强化基坑降水工程的排水管控,实现可持续发展.With the development and utilization of underground space in the urban construction of Shanghai,the foundation pit engineering gradually shows the characteristics of"deep,large,near,tight,difficult and dangerous",and the drainage problems of the foundation pit dewatering engineering are becoming more and more marked,which not only affect the groundwater resource environment and surface water environmental quality,but also easily cause the impact load on the wastewater treatment plant.The general situation of the foundation pit dewatering engineering in Shanghai is studied,and the drainage problems of the foundation pit dewatering engineering are analyzed,it is proposed to establish a water intaking and drainage permit system of the foundation pit dewatering engineering,strengthen the drainage supervision of the foundation pit dewatering engineering site,collect the water resource fee and sewage treatment fee of the foundation pit dewatering engineering,and strengthen the information construction and resource sharing in order to strengthen the drainage control of the foundation pit dewatering engineering and realize the sustainable development.
