摘  要:基于统计能量分析(SEA)方法分析了重型火箭超大尺寸整流罩内的中高频噪声响应,为整流罩的降噪设计提供依据。在分析过程中考虑了整流罩内卫星包络结构几何参数和降噪材料参数对噪声响应的影响。首先建立考虑卫星结构的火箭整流罩SEA模型。然后针对卫星复杂的结构形式,提出不同的卫星包络模型,开展了包络模型参数对整流罩内噪声响应的灵敏度分析。结果表明卫星包络结构形式和几何参数对整流罩内噪声响应具有明显的影响,是不可忽视的影响因素。最后通过在整流罩内壁铺设降噪材料,分析各种降噪材料在不同参数下的降噪效果,并给出铺设降噪材料的优化方案。提出的设计方法可以为重型火箭整流罩的降噪设计提供一定理论支持。In this paper,the mid-high frequency noise response inside the oversized fairing of a heavy rocket has been analyzed based on the statistical energy analysis(SEA)method to provide a basis for the noise reduction design of the fairing.The influence of the geometric parameters of the satellite envelope structure and noise reduction material parameters on the noise response inside the fairing is considered in the analysis process.The SEA model of the rocket fairing considering the satellite structure is firstly established.Then,different satellite envelope models are proposed for the complex structural forms of the satellite,and the sensitivity analysis of the envelope model parameters on the noise response in the fairing is carried out.The results show that the satellite envelope structure form and geometric parameters have obvious influence on the noise response inside the fairing,which is a non-negligible influencing factor.Finally,the noise reduction effects of laying various noise reduction materials on the inner wall of the fairing under different parameters are analyzed,and the optimization scheme for laying noise reduction materials is given.The design method proposed in this paper can provide some theoretical support for the noise reduction design of heavy rocket fairing.
