摘 要:目的:探讨石墨炉原子吸收法测定尿镍中应用341 nm谱线的效果,以及应用于检测低暴露的镍职业接触人员的尿镍水平。方法:分别选择不同的谱线处理,优化测定尿镍时石墨炉的灰化温度和原子化温度,并对标准曲线及检出限、准确度、加标回收率等指标进行测定,使用232 nm与341 nm两种谱线,最终选定合适的谱线进行低浓度的样品分析。结果:341 nm谱线检测中尿镍效果更好,在0~80μg/L尿镍呈线性相关,回收率可达到95%~103%,检出限为0.45μg/L,定量下限1.46μg/L。结论:应用341 nm谱线在石墨炉原子吸收法测定尿镍中,测定的效果更好,可避免用其他谱线测定所带来的背景负吸收与吸收峰毛糙,在低暴露人群中适合批量测定。Objective:To investigate the effect of and 341 nm spectral lines in the determination of urinary nickel by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry,and to determine the urinary nickel level of low exposure nickel occupational exposure personnel.Methods:Different Spectral Lines were selected to optimize the ashing temperature and atomization temperature of graphite furnace for the determination of nickel in urine.The Standard Curve,detection limit,accuracy and recovery rate were determined by using two spectral lines of 232 nm and 341 nm respectively,finally,a suitable spectral line was selected for the analysis of low concentration samples.Results:The 341 nm Spectral Line showed a linear correlation with the urine nickel in the range of 0-80μg/L.The recovery rate was 95%-103%.The detection limit was 0.45μg/L and the lower limit of quantification was 1.46μg/L.Conclusion:The 341 nm spectral lines were used in the determination of nickel in urine by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry,and the 341 nm spectral line was better.The background negative absorption and the roughness of absorption peak caused by other spectral line can be voided,it is suitable for batch determination in low exposure population.
