摘  要:从解决城市问题到提升城市竞争力,地下空间资源的集约复合利用已被视作支撑城市现代化持续发展的标准范式。重庆作为一个超大城市,因山地条件限制,城市用地空间严重短缺,对地下空间的开发利用需求强劲,但地下空间数据化、信息化支撑不足造成的“数字短板”,影响了地下空间的开发利用适宜性、安全性评价。本文从整合各类测绘信息、地质勘察成果、城市三维模型和地下空间模型等勘测大数据资源入手,以渝中半岛为研究区域,利用二三维GIS分析、有限元分析等技术,充分利用信息化手段开展渝中半岛地下空间开发利用适宜性评价和地下空间系统安全评价。最后,以某轨道工程选线为案例,利用评估成果开展了示范应用。From solving urban problems to improving urban competitiveness, the intensive and compound utilization of underground space resources has been regarded as a standard paradigm to support the sustainable development of urban modernization. As a super city, Chongqing is seriously short of land space due to the limitation of mountainous conditions, leading to strong demand for the development and utilization of underground space. However, the "data short board", caused by the lack of underground space data and information, affects the suitability and safety evaluation of the development and utilization of underground space. Taking Yuzhong as the research area, survey big data such as surveying data, geological exploration data, urban 3 D model and underground space model, uses2 D and 3 D GIS analysis, finite element method etc. are integrated to carry out the suitability evaluation and safety analysis for underground space development by fully use of information means. Finally, taking the route selection of a track project as an example, the demonstration application is carried out by using the evaluation results.
