摘  要:昆虫数量占地球上现存动物数量的65%,感染昆虫的病毒种类更是纷繁多样。与其他微生物相比,病毒具有基因组小、遗传操作简单等特点,是一类蕴藏巨大应用潜能的生物资源。在过去的十年里,随着新一代测序技术和生物信息学科的迅猛发展,科学界进入了一个快速鉴定昆虫新病毒的新时代。昆虫病毒多样性研究为揭示昆虫和病毒的协同进化机制提供新见解,同时为昆虫病毒的商业化应用带来新思路。本文根据昆虫病毒近期的研究进展,概述高通量测序技术鉴定昆虫病毒的原理和方法,并对昆虫病毒的资源属性及应用前景进行探讨,为有害昆虫的防治及虫媒病害的防控提供理论基础。Insect virus is a kind of viruses which are spread in the host population.Compared with other insect microorganisms,insect viruses have characteristics of small genome and simple genetic operation,so they are a kind of biological resources with great potential.In the past decade,with the development of a new generation of sequencing and advanced bioinformatics disciplines,the scientific community has entered a new era of rapid identification of viruses from insects.The identification of new viruses provides new insights into the evolution of insects and viruses as well as new ideas for commercial applications of insect viruses.In this paper,the latest research progress on the identification of specific insect viruses based on high-throughput sequencing technology was summarized,and the resource properties and applications of insect viruses were discussed,in order to provide some ideas and references for research of insect viruses and control of insect diseases.
