摘  要:针对七轴全地面起重机电液助力转向系统能耗高的问题,在考虑了油源因素对多轴转向系统能耗和效率影响的基础上,对起重机多轴转向系统的能耗特性进行了研究。首先,建立了起重机单轴转向系统能耗模型,并基于Ackerman定理,分析了多轴转向系统中各转向轴的转角关系,从而建立起了其多轴转向系统能耗模型;然后,设计了一种包含转向信息的新型能耗测试循环系统,并通过仿真的方式,分析了泵源压力和转向模式对行驶工况下多轴转向系统的能耗影响规律;最后,提出了一种适用于起重机多轴转向系统的多级压力源切换转向节能方案。研究结果表明:泵源压力和转向模式的选取对起重机多轴转向系统能耗有直接的影响;根据设计的多级压力源切换转向节能方案,各轴可实现随负载和转向模式的变化进行分级调压,从而可以实现多轴转向系统的节能,并为其他一源多驱液压系统的节能优化提供一定的借鉴依据。Aiming at the high energy consumption of electro-hydraulic power steering system for seven-axle all ground crane,considering the influence of oil source on the energy consumption and efficiency of multi-axle steering system,the energy consumption characteristics of crane multi-axle steering system was studied.Firstly,the energy consumption model of the single-axle steering system was established,and the angle relationship of each steering axle was analyzed based on Ackerman theorem,so as to establish the energy consumption model of the multi-axle steering system.Then,a new energy consumption test cycle containing steering information was innovatively designed.Through simulation,the influence of pump pressure and steering mode on energy consumption of multi-axle steering system under driving conditions was analyzed.Finally,a multi-stage pressure source switching steering energy saving scheme for multi-axle steering system of seven-axle all terrain crane was proposed.The research results show that the pump source pressure and steering mode selection has a direct effect on energy consumption of multi-axle steering system.Based on the multistage pressure source,each axle switches to energy saving scheme,and can be realized with load and grade to model the change of pressure regulating,which can realize the energy saving of multi-axle steering system,and provide some reference for the energy-saving optimization of one-source multi-drive hydraulic systems.
