摘  要:气垫带式输送机在运行过程中普遍存在输送带与盘槽之间的气膜不均匀问题,为此,对带式输送机气垫流场特性进行了仿真分析研究。首先,根据受力平衡原理对气垫压力进行了理论推导,并给出了气垫压力理论分布表达式和曲线图;然后,通过构建气孔周围气体流动模型,推导出了气孔附近流场的压力以及速度分布,通过构建横截面气体出流模型,推导出了气垫沿横截面出流的速度及压力分布;最后,采用流体动力学分析软件Fluent对气垫场进行了仿真分析,并研究了不同气孔流速、气孔排列方式以及气垫厚度对气垫流场特性的影响。研究结果表明:带式输送机气垫压力随着气垫厚度的增加而减小;气垫承载力与气孔流速呈线性关系,线性比例K=41.57;最佳气孔排列设计参数为孔径7 mm,孔距75 mm;在气垫厚度为3 mm~5 mm时,气垫刚度随气垫厚度的增加而减小。Aiming at the non-uniformity of the air film between the conveyor belt and the trough during the operation of the air-cushion belt conveyor,a comprehensive study was executed by means of simulation analysis.Firstly,the air cushion pressure was theoretically deduced according to the principle of force balance,and the theoretical distribution expression and curve of air cushion pressure were given.Then,by constructing a gas flow model around the stomata,the pressure and velocity distribution of the flow field near the stomata were deduced,by constructing a cross-sectional gas outflow model,the outflow velocity and pressure distribution of the air cushion along the cross-section were deduced.Finally,the air cushion field was simulated and analyzed based on the fluid dynamics analysis software Fluent,the effects of different pore velocity,pore arrangement and air cushion thickness on the characteristics of the air cushion flow field were studied.The results indicate that air cushion pressure decreases with increasing air cushion thickness.The bearing capacity of the air cushion has a linear relationship with the stomatal flow rate,and the linear ratio is K=41.57.The optimal design parameters for the arrangement of air holes is the aperture of 7 mm and the hole spacing of 75 mm.When the air cushion thickness is 3 mm~5 mm,air cushion stiffness decreases with increasing air cushion thickness.
