摘 要:对电缆交联聚乙烯绝缘材料的热老化寿命进行了评估,分别在150℃、165℃和180℃下进行了热老化加速实验,对比分析了100%伸长率应力、断裂伸长率、拉伸强度、凝胶含量、结晶度和密度在交联聚乙烯热老化过程中的变化规律和相关性,以多种特征参数共同评估了交联聚乙烯热老化寿命,并对热老化寿命进行了预测。拉伸强度和断裂伸长率随老化时间的变化规律具有相似的趋势,可以准确预测电缆绝缘材料的热老化寿命,估算准确率可以达到100%,可运用于评估其热老化对力学性能的劣化作用。结晶度和密度也可作为热老化表征指标,但其老化寿命估计准确率低于断裂伸长率,分别为81.1%和77.4%,可作为寿命评估的辅助参数。This paper evaluates the thermal aging life of cable XLPE insulation. Accelerated heat aging experiments were carried out at 150 ℃, 165 ℃ and 180 ℃, respectively, and the 100% elongation stress, elongation at break, tensile strength, gel content, crystallinity and density were compared and analyzed in XLPE. The change law and correlation in the process of thermal aging, the thermal aging life of XLPE were evaluated with various characteristic parameters, and the thermal aging life was predicted. The variation law of tensile strength and elongation at break with aging time has a similar trend, which can accurately predict the thermal aging life of cable insulation materials, and the estimation accuracy can reach 100%, which can be used to evaluate the deterioration of mechanical properties due to thermal aging effect. Crystallinity and density can also be used as thermal aging characterization indicators, but the accuracy of aging life estimation is lower than that of elongation at break, which are 81.1% and 77.4%, respectively, and can be used as auxiliary parameters for life evaluation.
