摘  要:用稀释涂布法从黑水虻幼虫肠道中分离菌株,采用平板对峙法进行拮抗菌筛选,获得了1株对辣椒疫霉菌具有高效抑制作用的菌株Y4-39,经形态学、生理生化和16S rDNA序列分析,鉴定其为贝莱斯芽孢杆菌(Bacillus velezensis);其抑菌活性物质主要为抗菌肽类物质,能经受80℃以下高温处理,但对蛋白酶和紫外线较敏感;盆栽试验结果表明,菌株Y4-39发酵液对辣椒疫霉具有良好的防治效果,20 mL/株发酵液灌根处理对辣椒疫霉的防效达67.78%。该菌株能在黑水虻幼虫肠道中存活并大量繁殖,与虫沙一起可开发为具有生防功能的生物菌肥。There are lots of microbes in the intestine of black soldier fly(Hermetia illucens),and many of them have antimicrobial activity.Using the diluted method,we made strain isolation from the gut of the larvae and then obtained an antagonistic strain Y4-39 with high inhibitory activity on Phytophthora capsici by the plate confrontation method.Strain Y4-39 was identified as Bacillus velezensis based on the morphology,biochemical and physiological tests and 16S rDNA sequences analysis.The antimicrobial substances produced by Y4-39 were mainly antibacterial peptides that could retain activity under temperatures less than 80℃,but were sensitive to protease and violet ray treatment.The control efficacy for Phytophthora capsici using 20 mL Y4-39 broth per plant by root-drenching method could reach 67.78%in the pot experiment.Strain Y4-39 can survive and proliferate in the intestine of Hermetia illucens larvae,which has shown a potential biocontrol ability to act as bio-fertilizer agent with insect feces.
