摘　　要：为了有效控制烟草根茎病害的发生和危害,通过田间小区试验,分别研究不同药剂对烟草青枯病、烟草黑胫病和烟草根黑腐病的防治效果。结果表明:不同药剂均能在一定程度上降低烟草根茎病害的发病率和病情指数,对于烟草青枯病,解淀粉芽孢杆菌的防效最佳,相对防效在70%以上,其次是中生菌素;对于烟草黑胫病,当发病较轻时,拜耳卓润和哈茨木霉菌有一定防效,相对防效在34%以上,但随着病情的加重,防治效果一般;对于烟草根黑腐病,枯草芽孢杆菌的防治效果最佳,相对防效达70%以上,其次是哈茨木霉菌。In order to effectively control the occurrence and harm of tobacco rhizome diseases,field trials were conducted to study the control effects of different biocides on tobacco bacterial wilt,black shank and root black rot.The results showed that different biocides could reduce the incidence and disease indices of tobacco root and stem diseases to some extent.The control effect of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens on tobacco bacterial wilt was the best,over 70% in the relative control efficacy,the next was Zhongshengmycin.Bayer Zhuo-run (Bacillus amyloliquefaciens QST713,Serenade®) and Trichoderma harzianum had a certain control effect on tobacco black shank when it was mild,with a relative control efficacy of more than 34%;but with the disease aggravation,the control effect reduced.The control effect of Bacillus subtilis on tobacco root black rot was the best,above 70%,then was Trichoderma harzianum.
