摘 要:目的:对比血液透析肥胖患者采用高频线阵探头与凸阵探头超声检测动静脉内瘘的效果。方法:选取2020年2月-2021年7月成都市金牛区人民医院106例血液透析肥胖患者。均应用高频线阵探头超声技术和凸阵探头超声技术进行检测,比较两种检测结果。结果:高频线阵探头在血液透析肥胖患者血管显示的合格率(88.11%)高于凸阵探头(76.79%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高频线阵探头对血液透析肥胖患者动静脉内瘘并发症的检出率(90.70%)高于凸阵探头(74.42%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血液透析肥胖患者的动静脉内瘘超声检测中,高频线阵探头超声技术优于凸阵探头超声技术,高频线阵探头超声技术能够相对准确、快速地判断血液透析肥胖患者的动静脉内瘘并发症,值得临床应用。Objective To compare the application of high-frequency linear array probe and convex array probe in monitoring arteriovenous fistula in obese patients undergoing hemodialysis.Methods From February 2020 to July 2021,106 patients with hemodialysis obesity patients in our hospital were selected for detection by high-frequency linear array probe ultrasound technology and convex array probe ultrasound technology,and the sensitivity of the two detection methods was compared.Results The qualified rate of hf linear array probe was 88.11%compared with convex array probe(76.79%),P<0.05.The detection rate of arteriovenous fistula complications in obese hemodialysis patients with high frequency linear array probe(90.70%)was higher than that of convex array probe(74.42%),P<0.05;Conclusion In the ultrasonic monitoring of arteriovenous fistula in obese hemodialysis patients,the high-frequency linear array ultrasonic technology is superior to the convex array ultrasonic technology,and the high-frequency linear array ultrasonic technology can relatively accurately and quickly judge the arteriovenous fistula complications in obese hemodialysis patients,so it is worth promoting.
