摘 要:为探究放牧条件下引进的萨福克羊对河谷型藏绵羊生长性能及屠宰性能的改良效果,试验选取体况、体型基本一致的3月龄萨福克羊与河谷型藏绵羊杂交F1代(以下简称萨藏杂交羊)公羔与河谷型藏绵羊公羔各50只饲养至18月龄,测定初生及3,7,18月龄体重,计算日增重;分别选择体重接近试验羊群体重平均值的7,18月龄萨藏杂交羊、河谷型藏绵羊各10只屠宰,测定屠宰前的体尺指标和屠宰性能指标,并进行差异分析。结果表明:萨藏杂交羊初生及3,7,18月龄羔羊体重及初生~3月龄、4~7月龄、8~18月龄日增重均显著高于河谷型藏绵羊(P<0.05)。18月龄时,萨藏杂交羊体高、腹围、胸围、臀高显著高于河谷型藏绵羊(P<0.05),体长、胸深、胸宽、臀长、臀宽、管围、前肢长、后肢长、头长、头宽、耳长二者之间均差异不显著(P>0.05)。7月龄时,萨藏杂交羊的宰前活重、胴体重、胴体长、眼肌面积、左半骨重、左半净肉重均显著高于河谷型藏绵羊(P<0.05),骨肉比、屠宰率二者之间差异不显著(P>0.05);18月龄时,萨藏杂交羊宰前活重、胴体重、胴体长、左半净肉重均显著高于河谷型藏绵羊(P<0.05),眼肌面积显著低于河谷型藏绵羊(P<0.05),左半骨重、骨肉比、屠宰率二者之间均差异不显著(P>0.05)。7月龄时,萨藏杂交羊的肝脏重、肾脏重显著高于河谷型藏绵羊(P<0.05);18月龄时,萨藏杂交羊的肝脏重、肺脏重、肾脏重、空胃重显著高于河谷型藏绵羊(P<0.05)。7月龄时,萨藏杂交羊头重、血重、蹄重均显著高于河谷型藏绵羊(P<0.05);18月龄时,萨藏杂交羊的头重、血重、蹄重、皮重均显著高于河谷型藏绵羊(P<0.05)。说明放牧条件下萨藏杂交羊与河谷型藏绵羊相比,杂种优势明显,具有生长速度快、生长潜力高、发育成熟度慢、产肉性能高的特点。In order to explore the effect of introducing Suffolk sheep on growth properties and slaughter performance of Valley-type Tibetan sheep under grazing conditions,in this experiment,fifty 3-month-old F1 generation of Suffolk sheep and Valley-type Tibetan sheep(hereinafter re⁃ferred to as Suffolk-Tibetan hybrid sheep)with similar body condition and body shape and fifty 3-month-old self-bred Valley-type Tibetan sheep with similar body condition and body shape were selected and fed to 18 months.The weight of lambs at birth,3,7 and 18 months of age was measured and the daily gain of lambs was calculated.At the age of 7 and 18 months,10 hybrid lambs and 10 Valley-type Tibetan sheep lambs with similar body weight(average population weight)were selected for slaughter.The body size indexes before slaughter and slaughter performance indexes was determined.The differences of above indexes were compared and analyzed.The results showed as follows:the body weight of Suffolk-Tibetan hybrid sheep at birth,3,7 and 18 months of age and daily gain of Suffolk-Tibetan hybrid sheep at birth to 3 months,4 to 7 months and 8 to 18 months of age were significantly higher than those of Valley-type Tibetar sheep(P<0.05).At 18 months of age,the body height,abdominal circumference,chest circumference and hip height of Suffolk-Tibetan hybrid sheep were significantly higher than those of Valley-type Tibetan sheep(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in body length,chest depth,chest width,hip length,hip width,tube circumference,forelimb length,hindlimb length,head length,head width and ear length(P>0.05).At 7 months of age,the body weight before slaughter,carcass weight,carcass length,eye muscle area,left half bone weight and left half net meat weight of Suffolk-Ti⁃betan hybrid sheep were significantly higher than those of Valley-type Tibetan sheep(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in bone/meat ratio and slaughter rate(P>0.05).At 18 months of age,the body weight before slaughter,carcass weight,carcass length and l
