摘　　要：目的探讨胺碘酮联合丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠治疗急性心肌梗死(AMI)并发心房颤动(AF)的临床效果。方法将2018年2月至2020年2月在我院接受治疗的100例AMI并发AF患者根据治疗方案不同分为对照组(50例,胺碘酮)和观察组(50例,胺碘酮联合丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠)。比较两组的临床效果。结果治疗后,观察组的心功能指标优于对照组,心率变异性指标高于对照组,血清生化指标水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的AF转复成功率高于对照组,AF再发率、心力衰竭发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胺碘酮联合丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠治疗AMI并发AF能有效改善患者的心功能指标、降低AF再发率及心力衰竭发生率。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of amiodarone combined with sodium tanshinoneⅡA sulfonate in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction(AMI)complicated with atrial fibrillation(AF).Methods A total of 100 patients with AMI complicated with AF treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were divided into control group(50 cases,amiodarone)and observation group(50 cases,amiodarone combined with sodium tanshinoneⅡA sulfonate)according to different treatment schemes.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the cardiac function indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the heart rate variability indexes were higher than those in the control group,and the serum biochemical indexes were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of AF conversion in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the recurrence rate of AF and the incidence of heart failure were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Amiodarone combined with sodium tanshinoneⅡA sulfonate in the treatment of AMI complicated with AF can effectively improve the cardiac function indexes,reduce the recurrence rate of AF and the incidence of heart failure.
