氨茶碱注射液联合沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗老年急性支气管哮喘的效果及对患者肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的分析氨茶碱注射液联合沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗老年急性支气管哮喘的效果及对患者肺功能的影响。方法回顾性选取2018年7月至2020年11月本院收治的老年急性支气管哮喘患者96例,依据治疗方法将其分为联合治疗组(氨茶碱注射液联合沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂)和单独治疗组(单独沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂),每组48例。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,联合治疗组的发作次数少于单独治疗组,发作时间短于单独治疗组,哮喘生活质量问卷(AQLQ)评分高于单独治疗组(P<0.05);治疗后,联合治疗组的第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、FEV1/用力肺活量(FVC)、呼气流量峰值(PEF)均高于单独治疗组(P<0.05);联合治疗组的湿啰音、喘憋、哮鸣音、咳嗽消失时间均短于单独治疗组(P<0.05);两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论与单独沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂比较,氨茶碱注射液联合沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗老年急性支气管哮喘的效果显著,能有效改善患者的肺功能,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of aminophylline injection combined with salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation in the treatment of elderly patients with bronchial asthma and its influence on lung function.Methods A total of 96 elderly patients with acute bronchial asthma admitted in our hospital from July 2018 to November 2020 were retrospectively selected.According to treatment methods,the patients were divided into combined treatment group(aminophylline injection combined with salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation)and single treatment group(salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation alone),with 48 cases in each group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the number of attacks in the combined treatment group was less than that in the single treatment group,the attack time was shorter than that in the single treatment group,and the score of asthma quality of life questionnaire(AQLQ)was higher than that in the single treatment group(P<0.05);after treatment,forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),FEV1/forced vital capacity(FVC)and peak expiratory flow(PEF)in the combined treatment group were higher than those in the single treatment group(P<0.05);the disappearance time of rales,asthma,moist rales and cough in the combined treatment group were shorter than those in the single treatment group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation alone,aminophylline injection combined with salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation has a significant effect in the treatment of elderly patients with acute bronchial asthma,it can effectively improve the lung function,which is worth popularizing.
