阴道涂片检查快速染色在白带常规检验中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探究阴道涂片检查快速染色在白带常规检验中的应用价值。方法选取2020年1月1日至12月31日的1000例行白带常规检验者作为研究对象,对所有白带常规检查者的阴道分泌物涂片进行阴道涂片检查快速染色及白带常规革兰氏染色。比较两种染色方法对霉菌、滴虫、淋球菌、纤毛菌、加特纳杆菌的检出情况以及对阴道炎的诊断效能。结果阴道涂片检查快速染色对霉菌、滴虫的检出率及总检出率均高于白带常规革兰氏染色,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);阴道涂片检查快速染色对淋球菌、纤毛菌、加特纳杆菌的检出率与白带常规革兰氏染色比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。阴道涂片检查快速染色对阴道炎的诊断灵敏度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值均高于白带常规革兰氏染色,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于革兰氏染色检查在白带常规检验中的应用,阴道涂片检查快速染色有着较高的价值,可提高对霉菌、滴虫等的检出率,还可提高对阴道炎的诊断灵敏度、特异度、准确度,为患者疾病的诊治提供参考依据,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application value of rapid staining in vaginal smear examination in routine examination of leucorrhea.Methods A total of 1000 routine leucorrhea examiners from January 1 to December 31,2020 were selected as the research objects.Rapid staining in vaginal smear examination and routine Gram staining of leucorrhea were performed on vaginal secretion smears of all routine leucorrhea examiners.The detection of fungi,trichomonas,Neisseria gonorrhoeae,leptotrichia and Gartner bacilli and the diagnostic efficacy for vaginitis of the two staining methods were compared.Results The detection rates of fungi,trichomonas and total detection rate by rapid staining in vaginal smear examination were higher than those by routine Gram staining of leucorrhea,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no differences in the detection rates of Neisseria gonorrhoeae,leptotrichia and Gartner bacilli between rapid staining of vaginal smear examination and routine Gram staining of leucorrhea(P>0.05).The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of rapid staining of vaginal smear examination were higher than those of routine Gram staining of leucorrhea,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the routine Gram staining of leucorrhea,the rapid staining of vaginal smear examination has a higher value,which can improve the detection rates of fungi and trichomonas,and the diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accuracy for vaginitis.It provides a reference basis for the diagnosis and treatment of patients'diseases,which is worthy of promotion and application.
